SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST (Texas Time)

• Time Zone: Central Standard Timezone

• Hours: 40 hours per week

• Languages Required: English

•Open to: Worldwide

• Pay Rate: $8-$9/hr

*Rates are dependent on your experience and skills, determined by ProtopVA.*

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Perform keyword research and competitor analysis

2. Optimize website pages, blogs, and content for SEO

3. Conduct regular SEO audits and implement improvements

4. Build backlinks and manage link-building strategies

5. Track analytics, monitor performance, and provide monthly reports

REQUIREMENTS

- At least 2 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist

- Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar

- Solid understanding of on-page and off-page SEO

- Minimum C-1 level of proficiency in both written and verbal English for effective communication and content optimization

IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALITIES

- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results

- Strong attention to detail and up-to-date with Google's algorithm changes
