SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM EST
• Time Zone: Eastern Standard Timezone
• Hours: 20 hours/week
• Open to: Philippines

• Pay Rate: $3-$4/hour

OVERVIEW:
The Part-Time Warm Caller will be a key member of the sales and lead generation team, responsible for engaging with potential clients through warm calling. The primary objective is to build relationships, follow up on existing leads, and help convert them into clients. This role is essential in supporting the company's growth by generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring high-quality communication. The ideal candidate will be personable, proactive, and comfortable handling client objections while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
REQUIREMENTS:
Communication Skills:
Fluency in English.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable making calls and handling objections with a friendly and professional phone demeanor.
Ability to communicate clearly and handle client questions effectively.
Sales Expertise:
Experience in sales or customer service with strong interpersonal skills.
Confident in handling objections, closing deals, and providing excellent customer support.
Creativity & Proactiveness:
Self-starter who can work independently.
Proactive in finding solutions, asking questions when necessary, and taking ownership of tasks.
People Skills:
Positive and approachable with the ability to listen well and respond appropriately to client needs.
Open to feedback and willing to improve based on client or team input.
Workload & Time Management:
Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
Comfortable with a busy schedule and able to manage time effectively.
Technology & Tools:
Familiar with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Knowledge of WordPress and basic copywriting is a plus, but not required.
Willingness to learn new platforms used by the company.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Warm Calling: Make calls to existing leads, nurturing and converting them into potential clients.
Lead Generation & List Building: Assist in building and maintaining a pipeline of leads by identifying potential clients and generating targeted contact lists.
Client Communication: Engage with clients through professional and friendly communication, addressing any questions or objections with confidence and knowledge.
Sales Support: Utilize effective sales strategies to handle objections and provide relevant information to clients.
Administrative Tasks: Support administrative duties such as updating lead lists and managing client data in Microsoft Excel.
