• Schedule: Monday to Friday; between 09:00 am to 06:00 pm CST
• Time Zone: Central Standard Time
• Hours: 20 hours/week
• Languages Required: English and Spanish
• Pay Rate: $5-$6/hr + bonus for client conversion

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Customer Success Agent to join our team. This role involves lead generation, client engagement, onboarding, and fostering long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and success. The ideal candidate will be skilled in social media outreach, lead nurturing, presenting services to potential clients via phone calls and video calls, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for both clients and virtual assistants.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in sales, customer success, or client relations.
- Experience in staffing companies is a plus, although not mandatory.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead Zoom meetings and consultations.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and lead-generation techniques on LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
- Experience with warm calling, and managing long-term client relationships.
- Comfortable with contract management and basic administration tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools, and communication platforms.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead Generation: Actively source and generate leads on social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and through phone outreach.
- Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients via social media, phone, and email to introduce and explain our virtual assistant services.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule Zoom meetings with prospects, handle the logistics and lead virtual presentations to showcase our services.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct professional Zoom presentations to explain services, answer questions, and build rapport with potential clients.
- Cold and Warm Calls: Make cold and warm calls to engage potential clients, gauge interest, and schedule follow-up meetings.
- Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand the services and processes. Edit, send, and manage contracts for clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Virtual Assistant Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new virtual assistants, ensuring smooth integration and clear communication of client needs.
- Client Follow-Up: Continuously follow up with clients until they hire, ensuring a seamless transition from prospect to client.
- Client Coordination: Coordinate client meetings and consultations to ensure clear communication and timely delivery of services.
- Client Success: Create feedback surveys and gather responses to enhance the overall client experience. Actively work to increase client satisfaction and retention.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and helping them achieve their goals with our services.
