- Schedule: Monday to Friday - Starting at 9 am CST (Schedule to be defined)

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Find ideal contacts/leads/clients through the client’s social media accounts (Linkedin, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
- Focus the research of leads on the company’s buyer persona (ideal client, lead, or prospect for the company) through hashtags or other accounts
- Reach out privately to potential leads or prospects pretending to be the client, and then connect with them to promote the company’s services
- Utilize social media channels strategically to reach out to a targeted audience, generate leads, and promote the company's services.
- Join Facebook groups and send messages to potential leads.
- Follow the scripts provided but also take the initiative to know how to answer
- Have written conversations as naturally as possible, and focus on trying to help keep track of who they’re in touch with and qualify leads into the company’s CRM system
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to increase company’s revenue.
- Hit pain points the lead may have, learn the in's and out's of what the company offers to be able to answer any question the lead may have
- Open up the conversation in an excellent, low-key way (not hard sales at all)
- Provide outstanding customer service via social media.
- Be goal-oriented and proactive
