JOB DESCRIPTION:


1. Lead Generation & List Building

  • Research directories, and websites like Yellow Pages or others online to gather new leads
  • Build an Excel/Google Sheets list with basic contact information
  • Sort list that can be turned into a CSV file to upload to any CRM or email software


2. LinkedIn Lead Generation

  • Create a “Saved Search” on Sales Navigator on LinkedIn. Including specific titles, industries, etc
  • Download & sort a list that can be turned into a CSV file
  • Import contacts to a specific sales software to send cold-email campaigns


3. Call & Qualify Leads

  • Use VoIP phone (Dialpad, Google Voice, Nextiva, etc.) to make calls and qualify leads
  • Learn English and/or Spanish scripts to know what to say in order to qualify Leads
  • Call and tag leads as “cold”, “warm” or “hot” based on their interest level
  • Call or text potential leads over the phone and offer information about the services or products that the company offers to find out who would be interested in working with the company (These leads will be provided to the VA from the company)


4. Cold Calling

  • Cold call contacts gathered by research, lead generation program, or system the company owns.
  • Call people who may be interested in the company’s product or service, offer them the company services or products, mention the different ways the company can help them, and ask questions about their needs and interests to qualify and convert them to future customers.
  • Add call notes to a CRM system (as needed), and/or assign hot/interested leads as indicated for additional sales follow-up
  • Send SMS and emails to contacts gathered by the lead generation program or system the company owns.
  • When a client is ready to move forward and qualified, transfer the lead to the sales department in their team and/or set up an appointment with the lead managers or closers
  • Add call notes to a CRM system (as needed), and/or assign hot/interested leads to another team member for additional sales follow-up


5. Calendar Management & Appointment Setting

  • Divert the interested clients to a sales team member to coordinate the booking.
  • Help leads book calls with other members of the company manually or using booking systems like Calendly
  • Send a calendar invite to the CEO or other sales agents, and the potential customer


6. Add Clients to Sales Pipeline

  • Receive an email for a deal in the company’s pipeline (buyers or sellers pipeline)
  • Add deals to a system spreadsheet after receiving an email for a new deal in the company’s pipeline (buyers or sellers pipeline).


7. Warm Calling Existing Leads

  • Perform outbound calls to past clients or existing leads the company already has and offer information about the services the company offers and verify information about the lead
  • Speak with each lead, take notes, and then add them to the CRM.
  • Call leads and prospects to book demos and/or introductory calls manually or through online booking systems like Acuity
  • Invite clients to events and ask for referrals


8. Others

  • Collaborate in the creation of Sales Scripts in English
  • Send daily and weekly reports of daily activities, progress, challenges, and goal achievements.


REQUIREMENTS:


Must have extensive amount of experience in Lead Generation.



SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE

      ScheduleMonday - Friday

      Time Zone: Central Time/PH time

      Hours: 10 hours/week or to be discussed

   Open to: The Philippines

     Pay Rate: $4 - 7 /hour

*Rates are dependent on your experience, determined by ProtopVA.

  • Creativity and Proactiveness: Not afraid to ask questions, know when to ask for help when needed. / Take ownership, have a great attitude to get things done. / Have the initiative to help the customer with lots of things. / Must know how to propose solutions to problems and be super helpful. / A creative person, and creative thinker, to be able to solve problems.
  • People & Relationships: Easy to speak with and a good listener. / Easy to speak with and a good listener. / Must be able to have the great judgment of situations, to decide how/when to act accordingly. / Someone very patient, who could calm and make other people feel at ease under stressful situations.
  • Work Load & Stress Management: Project management experience, good at setting timelines, deadlines and fulfilling expectations. / Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented. / Great note-taking and notation skills (in writing by hand and/or on the computer). / Should be smart and a great problem-solver. / Great multi-tasker, able to prioritize and have great time management skills.
  • Technology & Software: Knowledge or willing to invest time in training themselves on the different platforms of the business. / Should have experience with Microsoft Excel and the overall Microsoft Office. / Should have experience with Microsoft Excel and the overall Microsoft Office.
  • Industry-specific: Experience in sales, able to know how to interview/talk to potential clients.
