JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Copywriting:

   • Ability to write compelling and persuasive copy that engages and motivates the target audience.
   • Skill in tailoring messages to different segments and demographics.
   • 
     

2. Design Skills:

   • Basic understanding of email design principles.
   • Knowledge of HTML and CSS for coding and designing responsive email templates.
   • 
     

3. List Management and Segmentation:

   • Proficiency in managing and segmenting email lists.
   • Understanding of audience targeting and segmentation strategies.
   • 
     

4. Analytics and Data Interpretation:

   • Ability to analyze email campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and draw insights.
   • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and email marketing platforms' reporting features.
   • 
     

5. A/B Testing:

   • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies to optimize email campaigns.
   • Skill in testing variables such as subject lines, content, and calls-to-action.
   • 
     

6. Automation and Workflow Creation:

   • Experience with email marketing automation tools.
   • Ability to create and optimize automated workflows for different customer segments.
   • 
     

7. Understanding of Compliance and Regulations:

   • Familiarity with email marketing regulations and best practices, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliance.
   • 
     

8. Segmentation and Personalization:

   • Ability to create personalized and targeted email campaigns based on customer segments.
   • Understanding of dynamic content and personalization techniques.

9. Technical Proficiency:

   • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot).
   • Knowledge of CRM systems for integrating customer data into email campaigns.

10. Project Management:

    • Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
    • Ability to meet deadlines and manage resources efficiently.

    • Clear communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with the target audience through email content.

SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE

•      Schedule: Monday – Friday 

•      Time Zone: CST (Central Standard Time) and Philippines Time

•      Hours: (9am - 11am CST)2 hr/day, and the rest is in Manila Time ( To be discussed)

•      Languages Required: English

•      Open to The Philippines VA

•      Pay Rate: $3/hour starting
