JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Social Media Outreach

  • Find ideal contacts/leads/clients through the client’s social media accounts (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) 
  • Focus the research of leads on the client’s buyer persona (ideal client, lead, or prospect for the company) through hashtags or other accounts
  • Reach out privately to potential leads or prospects pretending to be the client, and then connect with them, and find out if they need help with anything.
  • Utilize social media channels strategically to reach out to a targeted audience, generate leads, and promote the company's services or properties for sale.
  • Join Facebook groups and send messages to individuals who are posting house-selling advertisements. Persuade them to subscribe to a mailing list and/or consider purchasing the client's services.
  • Follow the scripts provided but must also take the initiative to know how to answer
  • Have written conversations as naturally as possible, and focus on trying to help keep track of who they’re in touch with and qualify leads into the client’s CRM system
  • Convince people to buy the company's products and services , hit pain points the customer may have, learn the in's and out's of what the company’s website offers to be able to answer any question the customer may have
  • Open up the conversation in an excellent, low-key way (not hard sales at all)
  • Provide outstanding customer service via social media and phone

  • Work Load & Stress Management: Able to manage stressful situations without affecting them on a personal level/ Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented/ Ability to work under pressure.
  • Technology & Software: Computer savvy, able to teach systems and software to others/ Knowledge or willing to invest time in training themselves on the different platforms of the business.
  • Communication & Language: Always available to respond quickly when contacted via phone, text, chat, email, etc./ Comfortable making calls and know how to properly communicate with contractors and clients.


SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE

      ScheduleMonday - Friday (2:00 pm - 6:00 pm) 

      Time ZoneCentral Time

      Hours: 20 hours/week

      Languages Required: English

      Open to The Philippines 

      Pay Rate: $3 - $4/hour
