SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE

•      Schedule: Flexible schedule with one fixed meeting per day (Monday to Friday)

•      Time Zone: CST

•      Hours: 20 hours/week

•      Open to:  Philippines, LATAM, and the Caribbean

•    Languages: English

Pay Rate: $9-$15/hr

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

• Over 10 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.

• Expert proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot-tables, macros, and forecasting.

• Strong experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

• Proven track record of developing and maintaining dashboards in Power BI and Tableau.

• Experience with automating data connections and workflows between various data sources.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

2. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to support business decision-making.

3. Create, optimize, and manage Excel spreadsheets, including advanced formulas, pivot-tables, macros, and forecasting models.

4. Design and implement SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases.

5. Integrate and automate data flows from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all reporting tools.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for data analysis and reporting.

7. Maintain and enhance data connections to automate dashboards, ensuring real-time data updates and efficient reporting processes.

8. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic initiatives.

9. Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous quality checks and validation processes.

10. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in data analysis and business intelligence.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

• Experience with other data visualization tools and programming languages (Python).

• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.

• Familiarity with Qualtrics.
