ProtopVA Community is excited to present this new job opportunity for Part-Time Sales Representative For An Apartment Rental Business (Open to The Philippines and Latin America Only).

COMPANY INFORMATION

A Canadian-Based Rental business that offers short-term rental experiences across Toronto. The company is dedicated to providing our guests with unique stays in meticulously managed properties.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or real estate industry.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, and proficiency in using sales tools for lead management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with potential guests.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage leads and tasks.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE

•      Schedule:  Monday to Friday between 11:00 am - 3:00 pm (Subject to change)

•      Time Zone: Eastern Standard Time

•      Hours: 20 hours/week

•      Open to: The Philippines and Latin America

•      Pay Rate: $4-7 /hr

JOB DESCRIPTION

Overview: The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in managing leads, nurturing relationships, and driving conversions to ensure our properties and guest experiences continue to meet our high standards.

Tasks:

1. Manage Leads: Utilize HubSpot CRM to organize and manage leads generated from various sources, including our website and direct calls.

2. Follow-Up: Initiate contact with leads via phone and email to provide information, answer inquiries, and nurture relationships.

3. Task Management: Keep track of tasks and follow-up activities within the CRM system to ensure timely communication and progress tracking.

4. Pipeline Management: Move leads through different stages of the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information at each stage.

5. Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to unresponsive leads through cold calling efforts to re-engage and generate interest in our properties.

6. Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on lead status, conversion rates, and sales performance to management.

7. Collaboration: Collaborate with the Property Management team to align sales efforts with property availability and guest preferences.
