REQUIREMENTS:
SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE
-Schedule: Monday to Friday from 09:00 am to 01:00 pm OR Tuesday to Thursday from 09:00 am to 02:00 pm
-Time Zone: Pacific Time (PT)
-Hours per week: 20
-Open to Latin America and the Caribbean
-Pay Rate: $9-12/hr

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Sales and Upselling:
-Do cold calls to prospects
-Follow up consistently with potential leads and clients
-Have proficiency in following scripts
-Adherence to the company's guidelines and follow instructions
-Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts, based on their needs and usage patterns.
-Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted proposals, presentations, and offers tailored to each client's specific requirements and objectives.
-Provide product demonstrations and educational resources to clients to promote awareness and adoption of additional products or services.
2. Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:
-Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing assistance, and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
-Foster relationships with wholesale stores, distributors, and clients through regular communication and personalized interactions via email and phone.
-Have a deep understanding of each client's business objectives, challenges, and preferences to tailor solutions and support accordingly.
-Document all client interactions, feedback, and outcomes in Soho (CRM system) to maintain accurate records and facilitate ongoing communication and collaboration.
3. Client Retention and Loyalty:
-Implement proactive retention strategies to minimize churn and increase customer lifetime value, including proactive outreach, account reviews, and loyalty programs.
-Anticipate and address potential issues or concerns before they escalate, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction and long-term partnership.
-Identify opportunities for value-added services or enhancements to existing products to further strengthen client relationships and loyalty.
4. Feedback Collection and Analysis:
-Ask for feedback from clients through surveys, interviews, or regular check-ins.
-Analyze feedback to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and collaborate with internal teams to implement actionable solutions.
