SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST
• Hours: 20 hours per week
• Time Zone: Eastern Standard Time
• Languages Required: English
•Open to: Philippines and LATAM
• Pay Rate: $6-$7/hr

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. MLS & Listing Management:
- Create, update, and manage real estate listings in Stellar MLS and Gulf Coast MLS
- Ensure all listing details (including photos, descriptions, pricing, and property data) are accurate and current
- Conduct property searches and gather relevant listing information as needed
- Coordinate and schedule property photo sessions
- Track, organize, and maintain listing data in spreadsheets or other internal systems
- Update property marketing materials as listing information changes
2. Customer Service & Lead Support:
- Provide friendly, professional customer service via phone, email, and messaging
- Conduct follow-up with leads and clients
- Assist with general client inquiries and support requests
- Act as a helpful, personable point of contact for buyers, sellers, vendors, and partners
3. Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and set reminders
- Handle general administrative tasks such as file organization, data entry, and document preparation
- Assist with contract management and follow-up to ensure all signatures, documents, and tasks are completed
- Track tasks, deadlines, and workflows to ensure timely completion
- Prepare simple reports, spreadsheets, and summaries
4. Sales Transaction Coordination:
- Support coordination of transaction timelines and deliverables
- Schedule inspections, walk-throughs, vendor appointments, and client meetings
- Assist in managing documentation for sales files
- Communicate status updates to agents, clients, and team members
5. Presentation & Documentation Support:
- Create or update documents, presentations, and branded marketing materials
- Maintain consistent formatting and branding across all files
- Work within Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to prepare reports or templates
- Support internal documentation and information organization
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent written and verbal English communication; friendly and professional phone manner
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office; willing to learn new platforms (HubSpot, MLS systems, etc.)
- Proactive, resourceful, coachable, and able to work independently
- Strong customer service skills and comfortable speaking with clients
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow deadlines, and maintain accuracy
- Familiarity with Stellar MLS or real estate listing platforms strongly preferred
