ProtopVA Community is excited to announce a new job opportunity for the Part-Time Project Manager / Executive VA role.

SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 12 PM EST

• Hours: 20 hours per week

• Time Zone: Eastern Standard Time

• Languages Required: English, Spanish, French

•Open to: LATAM

• Pay Rate: $9-$10/hr

*Rates are dependent on your experience and skills, determined by ProtopVA.*

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage and oversee four AI-driven project teams focused on:

   - Trade finance companies

   - Commodities buyers

   - Commodities logistics and transport providers

   - Commodities suppliers in local markets

2. Review and refine AI-generated outreach content, including emails, reports, and proposals.

3. Supervise and edit AI-generated outreach content, including emails, reports, and proposals.

4. Coordinate project timelines, monitor progress, and esure deliverables are met on schedule.

5. Communicate project updates and findings clearly to stakeholders.

6. Provide strategic feedback to optimize AI workflows and enhance efficiency.

7. Develop systems to align research, content strategies, and outreach objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Spanish and French are a plus)

- Proven experience in project management with the ability to set and meet deadlines.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking

- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to propose effective solutions.

- Professional judgement and emotional balance in client communications

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint); familiarity with project management tools preferred.

- Adaptable, quick learner, and open to acquiring new skills.
