SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE

• Schedule: Saturday to Wednesday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM CST

• Hours: 20 hours per week

• Time Zone: Central Standard Time

• Languages Required: English

•Open to: Philippines only

• Pay Rate: $3/hr + bonuses for qualified appointments set and shown

*Rates are dependent on your experience and skills, determined by ProtopVA.*


ABOUT THE COMPANY:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Administrative & Operational Support:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and reminders for the company and team members

- Prepare meeting notes, organize tasks, and ensure timely follow-up on action items

- Keep company files, documents, and records well-organized and easily accessible

- Handle general office tasks such as managing supplies, tracking expenses, and processing invoices

- Assist with onboarding new team members and maintaining updated personnel records

- Support daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows across departments


2. Sales, Lead Qualification & Client Support

- Conduct outbound calls to qualify potential tenants using set criteria and scripts

- Use basic addition math skills to pre-qualify tenants over the phone and ensure they meet financial requirements

- Sell and promote in-person apartment viewings in a warm, friendly, and engaging manner

- Follow up with prospects and clients through phone, text, or email to maintain engagement

- Manage and update customer records in the company’s CRM system

- Prepare basic sales reports, track progress toward goals, and help optimize the sales process

- Support outbound marketing and appointment-setting campaigns to attract qualified leads


3. Communication & Coordination

- Manage inbound and outbound communication, ensuring timely and professional responses

- Coordinate updates and reminders between team members and management

- Organize and share project updates, meeting summaries, and relevant company information


4. Project & Marketing Assistance

- Support ongoing projects by organizing tasks, tracking deadlines, and following up on deliverables

- Conduct research for new and existing company initiatives

- Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and marketing materials such as emails and social media posts

- Respond to customer inquiries and ensure their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally


5. Executive & Personal Assistance

- Assist with scheduling, travel planning, reminders, and other administrative or personal tasks

- Handle errands and time-saving tasks to support productivity and organization

- Maintain a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism in all matters



REQUIREMENTS

- Basic math skills to pre-qualify potential tenants (simple income/expense calculations)

- Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written)

- Confidente, positive, and friendly phone presence, comfortable selling in-person appointments

- Experience with CRM tools and outbound calling preferred

- Prior experience in real estate, leasing, or customer service is a PLUS
