JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Content Transformation

• Transform written curriculum into engaging online training modules that captivate and inspire learners.

2. Video Production and Graphic Design

• Develop short and high-quality promotional videos for various training materials.

• Edit and enhance video content to ensure clarity, engagement, and visual appeal.

• Incorporate multimedia elements to enhance the overall learning experience.

• Utilize basic graphic design skills to create visually appealing presentation materials.

• Design supporting visuals, infographics, and other graphics to complement training content.

• Ensure consistency in branding and visual identity across all materials.

• Be proficient in video creation and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).

• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) to create supporting visuals.

• Create brochures with clear and compelling messages 

• Craft clear, concise, and engaging written content for the videos.

3. Creative Input

• Bring creativity to the development process, ensuring that training materials are not only informative but also visually and emotionally compelling.

4. PowerPoint Mastery

• Utilize PowerPoint to create visually appealing presentations that enhance the learning experience.

5. Marketing Materials Development

• Produce materials to promote internationally these training materials to be effectively promoted across various channels.

• 6- Translation of written material from English to Spanish and vice versa to reach a broader audience

SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE

•      Schedule: 2.5 days per week. Specific Schedule is to be defined.

•      Time Zone: Until March 18th: Eastern Time Zone. After March 18th: Alaska Time Zone

•      Hours: 15 hours initially

•      Languages Required: English/Spanish

•      Open to LATAM

•      Pay Rate: $8-9USD/hour

SUCCESS PROFILE FOR THIS ROLE

• We are looking for a Virtual Assistant with a passion for creating transformative online training content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting written curriculum into engaging and effective online training modules. The first project will be creating a brochure and then  producing a short promotional video for one of the programs.The role requires a combination of video creating and editing proficiency, excellent writing skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of the power of opportunities to bring about positive change in people's lives.
