• Time Zone: CDT
• Hours: 20 hours/week

OVERVIEW:
The Onboarding/Support Specialist will play a crucial role in assisting new clients with their onboarding process and providing ongoing support to ensure a smooth and positive experience. The specialist will engage in various general administrative, sales, and marketing tasks, focusing on customer service and client interaction. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly and personable on the phone, with a great phone personality.
Proactive, self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude and a willingness to learn.
Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to use CRM systems like Salesforce and experience with general office software.
Comfortable teaching clients how to use systems and software, with a willingness to learn new platforms.
Experience in sales, with the ability to conduct interviews and engage potential clients effectively.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Customer Service & Support
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist clients with onboarding, guiding them through the process, and ensuring they understand the system and software.
Draft and send emails, messages, and other communications to clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
General Admin Tasks
Manage and organize client information, maintaining detailed records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
Take detailed notes during client interactions and ensure accurate documentation in the system.
Handle general administrative tasks as needed to support the sales and marketing teams.
Sales & Marketing Support
Conduct lead generation and list-building activities to support the sales pipeline.
Perform cold and warm calling to existing leads, offering information and assessing interest in the company’s offerings.
Follow up with leads and potential clients through phone, email, or text to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
Assist with basic email marketing tasks, helping to create and send out campaigns as needed.
Calendar Management & Appointment Setting
Coordinate and schedule appointments between clients and the sales team using booking systems like Calendly.
Manage calendars efficiently to ensure all parties are aware of upcoming meetings and events.
