 A US-based law firm committed to achieving the best outcomes for its clients. They offer a wide range of services, including support with immigration needs, assistance with corporate compliance issues, business registration and protection, and bankruptcy filing.


SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE

•      ScheduleBetween 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

•      Time Zone: CST

•      Hours: 20 hours/week

•      Open to: The Philippines, Latin America, The Caribbean

•    Languages: English

Pay Rate: $4/hr

*Rates are dependent on your experience and skills, determined by ProtopVA.*


  • REQUIREMENTS
  • 1-2 years of experience in similar roles 
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Illustrator, and similar.
  • Be able to create and edit videos
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and knowledge of social media management tools.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Prior internship or work experience in marketing or a related field is preferred but not required.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Content Creation:
  • Designing and producing engaging content such as images, videos, and written posts tailored to different social media platforms.
  • Researching to gather information for content development.
  • Editing and proofreading content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborating with team members to generate creative ideas for content.


  • Social Media Management:
  • Planning and scheduling content in advance using a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with marketing goals and events.
  • Monitoring social media channels for engagement and responding to comments and messages promptly.
  • Tracking key metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Generating reports on social media performance and insights.


  • Market Research:
  • Collecting data on industry trends, competitor strategies, and target demographics.
  • Analyzing market research findings to identify opportunities for the firm.
  • Compiling research reports and presenting findings to the marketing team.
  • Assisting in the development of client personas and segmentation strategies.


  • Event Coordination:
  • Assisting in the planning and logistics of firm events, including venue selection and vendor coordination.
  • Promoting events through various channels, such as email invitations and social media posts.
  • Managing RSVPs and attendee lists for events.
  • Coordinating post-event follow-up, including thank-you emails and surveys.


  • Digital Marketing Support:
  • Assisting with SEO efforts, such as keyword research and optimization of website content.
  • Supporting PPC advertising campaigns by monitoring performance and making adjustments as needed.
  • Monitoring online reviews and managing the firm's online reputation.
  • Collaborating with the digital marketing team on website updates and maintenance.


  • Branding:
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials, including visual elements and messaging.
  • Reviewing and updating brand guidelines as needed.
  • Providing brand training and guidance to internal stakeholders.
  • Monitoring external communications to ensure adherence to brand standards.


  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Tracking and analyzing marketing metrics using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms.
  • Generating regular reports on campaign performance and KPIs.
  • Identifying trends and insights from data to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Presenting findings and recommendations to the marketing team and key stakeholders.


  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Managing marketing calendars and scheduling meetings.
  • Organizing files and maintaining marketing documentation.
  • Assisting with budget tracking and expense reporting.
  • Providing general administrative support to the marketing team.
