JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Email Marketing:

• Create and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp.

• Develop and optimize email templates for various campaigns.

• Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics.

2. Social Media Management:

• Schedule and publish content across different social media platforms.

• Engage with the audience and respond to comments or messages.

• Coordinate with the team to ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging.

3. Calendar Management:

• Utilize calendar or booking systems like BookLikeABoss or Tu Lacendi to schedule appointments and meetings.

• Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to manage schedules.

4. CRM Management:

• Utilize CRM systems, such as HighLevel and Pipedrive, for lead tracking and customer relationship management.

• Keep the CRM system updated with relevant information and activities.

5. Website Tweaking:

• Make minor updates and adjustments to the company website as needed.

• Collaborate with the web development team to implement changes for improved user experience.

6. Graphic Design:

• Create visually appealing graphics for digital marketing materials.

• Design social media posts, email banners, and other promotional assets.

7. Task and Project Management:

• Work with project management tools like Asana to coordinate tasks and projects.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of marketing initiatives.

8. Advertising Assistance:

• Support the digital marketing team in planning and executing online advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and more)

• Monitor ad performance and provide insights for optimization.

SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE

•      Schedule: Monday - Friday, within the schedule 06:00 am to 03:00 pm PST. Fixed schedule is yet to be defined.

•      Time Zone: Pacific Standard Time

•      Hours: 20 hours/week initially

•      Languages Required: English

•      Open to Philippines Vas

•      Pay Rate: $4-5/hour
