 A US-based company specializing in HVAC, plumbing, mechanical services, and creative landscape solutions. The company provides high-quality services for residential and commercial properties, focusing on customer satisfaction and business growth through lead generation, sales, and job scheduling.

SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE 

•      Schedule:  Monday and Tuesdays: 9:00 AM-12:00 PM EST, Wednesday: 9:00 AM-11:00 AM EST.

•      Time Zone: Eastern Standard Time

•      Hours:  Initially 8 hours per week, with more hours added after two weeks.

•      Languages Required: Fluent in English (French is a plus)

•      Pay Rate:  $9-11 per hour

*Rates are dependent on your experience, determined by ProtopVA.*


Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Sales:

  • Generate new leads through outbound contact methods (e.g., warm calling, social media outreach, Facebook lead generation).

  • Sell services to leads, closing at a rate of 20-25% or higher.
  • Follow up with leads and existing clients to upsell additional services.

Job Scheduling & Coordination:

  • Schedule jobs with subcontractors or employees, ensuring timely and efficient project management.
  • Maintain communication with clients and workers to ensure jobs are scheduled correctly and smoothly.

Billing & Payment Collection:

  • Collect payments via phone using credit card information, ensuring accurate and secure transactions.

Customer Service & Support:

  • Handle client inquiries with a friendly and professional attitude, providing excellent customer service.
  • Manage objections and answer any questions from potential and existing clients.


Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (French is a plus).

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable making outbound sales calls and handling client inquiries.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Ability to work independently, be resourceful, and solve problems creatively.
