COMPANY INFORMATION

A US-based marketing agency specializing in solar energy, roofing, and residential construction. With over four decades of combined expertise, they provide tailored solar solutions to help homeowners reduce their carbon footprint and save on energy costs.

SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE

•      Schedule:  Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST

•      Time Zone: CST

•      Hours:  20 hours/week

•      Open to:  Latin America

•      Languages: English (Speaking Spanish is a plus)

•      Pay Rate: $7-$8/hour

OVERVIEW:

The Part-Time Graphic Designer will play a key role in the marketing efforts of the firm by creating high-quality graphics, managing social media content, and supporting digital advertising campaigns. This individual will be responsible for developing visual content that aligns with the company’s brand and drives engagement. In addition to design, they will assist with social media outreach, lead generation, and email marketing, making them an integral part of the digital marketing strategy.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel
• Mailchimp, lead generation, and Facebook ads experience
• Video editing skills (creating clips, adding audio)
• Strong communication skills, proactive, and able to handle fast-paced environments
• Ability to manage timelines, meet deadlines, and stay organized
• Must be creative, resourceful, and able to work independently
  

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Graphic Design

• Create visually compelling graphics for marketing campaigns using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
• Design social media posts, advertisements, and website assets that align with the company’s branding.

2. Content Creation

• Develop high-quality content, including written and visual elements, for use across social media and digital platforms.
• Edit and produce video content for marketing and social media.

3. Social Media Management

• Manage and schedule posts across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Engage in social media outreach to grow the company's online presence.

4. Email Marketing

• Design and execute email marketing campaigns through platforms like Mailchimp.
• Ensure email lists are well-maintained and leads are followed up on.

5. Digital Advertising

• Assist with Facebook ad campaigns, including designing visuals and writing ad copy.
• Monitor ad performance and suggest improvements based on data.

6. Lead Generation & List Building

• Conduct lead generation activities, including research and outreach, to build targeted email and contact lists.
• Follow up with leads generated through social media and other channels.

7. Project Management

• Stay ahead of deadlines and ensure all content is created and reviewed before posting or distribution.
• Collaborate with the team on marketing strategies, timelines, and deliverables.
