SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE

• Schedule: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

• Time Zone: Eastern Standard Timezone

• Hours: 20 hours per week

• Languages Required: English

•Open to: LATAM

• Pay Rate: $9-$12/hr

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Fully set up, customize, and manage the GoHighLevel CRM (pipelines, tags, custom fields, automations, and triggers)

2. Build and maintain email/SMS campaigns including onboarding, nurture, and promotional sequences

3. Create and optimize landing pages, forms, surveys, and calendar booking systems

4. Develop lead magnet funnels and event registration pages for webinars, challenges, or launches

5. Integrate GHL with third-party tools such as Stripe, Calendly, Zoom, and Facebook Ads

6. Troubleshoot automation and campaign issues to ensure proper functionality

7. Monitor campaign performance and report key insights and improvement areas

8. Collaborate with the business owner on automation strategies and funnel ideas tailored to coaching models

9. Maintain clean and organized CRM data for effective segmentation and reporting

REQUIREMENTS

- 1–2+ years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (CRM, automation, and funnel building)

- Strong understanding of email marketing, digital funnels, lead magnets, and client journey mapping

- Highly self-managed and capable of working with minimal supervision

- Experience building landing pages and forms inside GHL

- Familiarity with product launches, sales funnels, and coaching or course-based business models

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

- Highly organized, proactive, and coachable with a creative and solution-oriented approach

- Bonus: Background working with coaches, consultants, or digital service providers
