SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM CST
• Time Zone: Central Standard Timezone
• Hours: 20 hours
• Languages Required: English and Spanish
•Open to: LATAM
• Pay Rate: $4-$6/hr

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Administrative and Operational Support
- Manage daily schedules, calendars, and reminders.
- Document meeting notes, task lists, and action items.
- Maintain well-organized digital records and filing systems.
- Assist with tracking and reconciling business expenses.
- Handle basic administrative tasks as needed.
2. Sales Support
- Assist with managing leads and updating CRM databases.
- Support client onboarding and maintaining communication records.
- Track sales activities, progress, and assist with reporting.
- Help identify ways to improve the sales pipeline and workflow.
3. General Administrative Tasks
- Processes invoices and manages payment/expense reports.
- Help maintain internal records for employees and contractors.
- Assist in improving team productivity through optimized workflows.
4. Personal Assistance to COO
- Coordinate travel arrangements and book itineraries.
- Manage personal tasks while upholding confidentiality.
- Support both professional and personal scheduling needs.
5. Communication and Team Coordination
- Manage incoming emails and basic correspondence.
- Coordinate between internal departments and team members.
- Distribute timely updates on projects or event information.
6. Project and Marketing Support
- Support project tracking, status updates, and task management.
- Conduct online research for ongoing and new business projects.
- Assist with creating marketing content (emails, posts, simple designs).
- Offer customer service help and prepare proposals and client decks.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in administrative/VA roles (Real Estate or Construction background preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills
- Confident using tools like Google Workspace, CRMs, and project management platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage time efficiently.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and tech-savvy.
- Able to work the specified CST hours consistently.
