SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM CST
• Hours: 20 hours per week
• Time Zone: Central Standard Time
• Languages Required: English
•Open to: Philippines Only
• Pay Rate: $9-$12/hr

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Calendar Management, Email & Appointment Setting:
• Manage and organize the executive’s calendar (personal and business)
• Schedule and confirm meetings using Google Calendar or similar tools
• Coordinate across time zones with partners, clients, and team members
• Handle email inbox management, sorting, prioritizing, and drafting replies
• Set up online booking systems and share links as needed
2. Administrative & Sales Support:
• Maintain accurate client and transaction records
• Support billing processes and ensure timely client payments
• Assist the CEO with task prioritization and business-related duties
• Track team deliverables and follow up on project deadlines
• Organize company files and confidential information with discretion
• Provide backup support to the Sales and Operations teams
3. Client Communication & Follow-ups:
• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or CRM
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls and emails with leads and partners
• Record communication notes and interactions accurately in CRM
• Send reminders, updates, and status notifications as needed
4. Lead Management:
• Assist in qualifying new leads based on specific investment criteria
• Accurately log and categorize leads according to quality and potential
5. File & System Organization:
• Upload and organize digital documents via Google Drive or Dropbox
• Keep records up to date by client, service, or project
• Ensure easy accessibility and logical file structure
REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Experience using tools such as Motion.io, Quickbooks, Google Workspace, or project management platforms
• Patience and professionalism when handling demanding clients
• Comfort with Ai tools for productivity and task management.
