SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE 

•      Schedule: Monday – Friday (between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST)

•      Time Zone: Central Standard Time

•      Hours: 20 hours/week 

•      Languages Required: English

•      Pay Rate: $5-$6/hour

*Rates are dependent on your experience, determined by ProtopVA.*

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Write compelling and high-converting cold email sequences
2. Research and understand target audiences to tailor email messaging
3. A/B test subject lines, CTAs, and copy to optimize response rates
4. Collaborate with internal teams on campaign strategy and messaging
5. Stay up to date with trends in cold outreach and digital persuasion
   
   
   

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience writing cold emails that convert

• Strong grasp of email sales psychology and direct response techniques

• Familiarity with email tools and CRM systems is a plus

• Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines

• Fluent in English (written communication must be top-notch)
