SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE

•      Schedule: Flexible schedule within Mountain Standard Time Business Hours

•      Time Zone: MST

•      Hours: 20 hours/week initially

•      Open to: Philippines

•      Languages: English

•     Pay rate: $5-8/hr

REQUIREMENTS

  • A Portfolio showcasing previous work.

  • Intermediate to advanced skills in graphic design, particularly using Canva.

  • Proven experience in social media management.

  • Experience working in real estate (Preferred) and in marketing.

  • Have creativity.

  • Be solution-oriented, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. 

  • Excellent command of the English language, especially written, to convey messages in a fresh and fun tone imitating the client’s written style to communicate with their customers.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly.

  • A background in real estate is a big plus

  • Experience with Go High Level is a big plus.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Overview:

In this position, you will assist the Investment Director. This role is perfect for someone creative who can grow the company’s social media presence, create engaging graphic designs, and assist with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, particularly in writing, and a keen eye for design. Experience with social media management and intermediate to advanced graphic design skills, particularly using Canva, are essential. Knowledge of Go High Level and a background in marketing and real estate are highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Management:

  • Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to grow the company’s online presence.

  • Create and schedule creative posts that align with the company’s brand across various social media platforms.

  • Engage with the audience by responding to queries and comments promptly.

  • Monitor and report on social media metrics to assess the success of campaigns.

  1. Graphic Design:

  • Create visually appealing graphics for social media, marketing materials, and other digital platforms using Canva.

  • Ensure all designs align with the brand's style.

  1. Communication:

  • Write and edit content for social media, emails, and marketing materials.

  • Ensure all communications reflect the client’s tone and style of fun and freshness, maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Respond to prospects' and clients' queries via email and social media platforms.

  1. Research & Lead Generation:

  • Conduct research to identify potential clients that fit our buyer persona.

  • Gather and enter contact information into the CRM.

  • Support the team in implementing strategies for lead generation and business development.

  1. Administrative Support:

  • Manage and update CRM systems.

  • Organize and maintain files and documents.

  • Work on spreadsheets and lists to maintain organized data.

  • Assist in appointment setting and calendar management.

  • Assist the business owner in any administrative task they may need
