COMPANY INFORMATION

A US-based solar business specialized in providing sustainable and renewable energy solutions for commercial and residential properties through solar panels and top-quality service.


SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE

•      Schedule:  Thursday to Monday (Saturday and Sunday included), 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm

•      Time Zone: PST

•      Hours: 20 hours/week

•      Open to: Latin America

•    Languages: English and Spanish

Pay Rate: $8-13/hr

*Rates are dependent on your experience and skills, determined by ProtopVA.*


JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Cold Calling and Lead Qualification

  • Cold call potential leads via a VoIP and offer information about the company’s solar services and ask questions about their solar needs and interests to qualify and convert them to future clients and customers by setting up an appointment with the lead managers or closer.

  • Actively prospect and identify potential clients or business opportunities.

  • Perform warm calls to verify information when the company receives an inquiry

  • SMS contacts gathered by the lead generation program or system they own

  • Add call notes to a CRM system (as needed), and/or assign hot/interested leads as indicated for additional sales follow-up

  • Transfer the lead to the sales department or responsible personnel when a client is ready to move forward and qualified.

2. Calendar Management & Appointment Setting

  • Ensure a minimum number of appointments per day with qualified leads and other agents

  • Book calls with leads and agents/closer manually or using booking systems

  • Send a calendar invite to both leads and closer/agents


3. Add Clients to Sales Pipeline

  • Receive an email for a new prospect/deal in the company’s pipeline

  • Add deals to a system or spreadsheet after receiving an email for a new prospect/deal in the company’s pipeline (buyers or sellers pipeline).

 4. Sales

  • Conduct in-depth consultations with leads to understand their energy needs, assess their property's solar potential, and recommend tailored solar solutions.

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the target market.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies for acquiring new clients.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

  • Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in the solar energy industry.

  • Educate clients on the benefits and features of the company’s solar products and services.
