SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST

• Time Zone: Central Standard Timezone

• Hours: 40 hours per week

• Languages Required: English

•Open to: Worldwide

• Pay Rate: $3-$4/hr + Bonuses for every lead that successfully becomes a paying client.

*Rates are dependent on your experience and skills, determined by ProtopVA.*

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Generate leads using multiple channels, including social media

2. Willing to use 2 of your personal social media channels for outreach

3. Build and maintain a lead database

4. Communicate with potential clients or prospects to qualify leads

5. Work closely with our sales team to hand over qualified leads

REQUIREMENTS

- Willing to use 2 of your personal social media channels for outreach

- Must be comfortable using personal social media accounts for business

- Minimum C-1 level proficiency in both written and verbal English for effective communication and content optimization

- Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or similar role

- Tech-savvy and familiar with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

- Reliable internet connection and availability for full-time work

- Organized and tech-savvy

- Able to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
