SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE

•      Schedule:  Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM CST

•      Time Zone: CST

•      Hours:  20 hours/week

•      Open to:  Latin America

•      Languages: English (Speaking Spanish is a plus)

•      Pay Rate: $9-$11/hour

OVERVIEW:

The Part-Time Investment Analyst will support private equity initiatives, assisting in financial analysis, market research, lead generation, and client communications. The role is essential for driving business growth by identifying investment opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and providing support in administrative and marketing tasks. This position requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual with strong financial acumen and communication skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Conversational fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with financial analysis and reporting.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable making cold and warm calls to clients.
• Experience with Google Drive, Excel, and CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Financial Analysis:

• Assist in preparing financial reports, valuation models, and market analysis.
• Conduct due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
• Analyze financial statements and investment metrics to assess viability.
  
  

2. Cold & Warm Calling:

• Cold call and warm call existing leads generated from research efforts.
• Schedule meetings with potential investors and clients.
• Use phone and CRM systems to manage lead flow and follow-ups.

3. Lead Generation & List Building:

• Generate leads through LinkedIn, research, and industry databases.
• Build contact lists of potential investors and partners for outreach.

4. Executive & Personal Assistance:

• Provide administrative support including scheduling, managing emails, and booking meetings.
• Organize calendars and send invites using tools like Google Calendar or Calendly.

5. Follow-up with Leads & Clients:

• Ensure timely follow-up with leads via phone, email, or text.
• Handle client communications to maintain relationships and answer inquiries.

6. Marketing Support:

• Assist with email marketing campaigns to investors and clients.
• Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials for new investment opportunities.

7. CRM & Project Management:

• Update CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) with lead information and notes.
• Assist in project management, tracking deadlines and deliverables.
