REQUIREMENTS:

  • Sales experience required. Preferably C-suite sales experience, which means selling products or services to high-level executives within an organization.
  • Desirable: Knowledge and experience working in Healthcare and Insurance Companies.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • A neutral or minimal accent for clear and effective communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets effectively.
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative to solve problems.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and business needs.


SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE

•      ScheduleMonday to Friday 08:00 - 04:00 pm

•      Time Zone: Central US Standard Time

•      Hours: 35 hours

      Open to: The Philippines, LATAM and The Caribbean

•      Pay Rate: $5-$7/hr

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Administrative Support:
    • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for the sales team.

    • Provide administrative assistance such as drafting emails, preparing presentations, and managing documentation.

    • Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for sales team members as needed.

  • Sales:

    • Engage in cold calling campaigns to generate leads and opportunities from mid and large companies.

    • Research prospects, initiate outbound calls, and nurture relationships through follow-up.

    • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts for clients.

    • Conduct market research and gather relevant data to support sales initiatives.

    • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis using Excel to track key performance metrics.

  • C-Suite Liaison:
    • Interface with C-Suite executives, including the CEO, CFO, and others, representing the company professionally and articulately.

    • Prepare materials and presentations for meetings with C-Suite executives, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

    • Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders at the executive level.

  • Goal Achievement:
    • Work closely with the sales team to set weekly goals and targets, particularly in terms of appointment setting.

    • Demonstrate a proactive approach to achieving and exceeding weekly goals, adapting strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.
