Full-Time Project Coordinator (EHR Implementation | Healthcare | Admin Support)

SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE

• Schedule:  Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST

• Hours: 40 hours per week

• Time Zone: Eastern Standard Time

• Languages Required: English

•Open to: Philippines and LATAM

• Pay Rate: $6-$8/hr

*Rates are dependent on your experience and skills, determined by ProtopVA.*


RESPONSIBILITIES


1. Project Coordination:

- Assist in managing the rollout of a new EHR system across multiple offices

- Track project tasks, deadlines, and team progress

- Coordinate between internal staff, project leads, and external vendors

- Monitor completion of EHR training requirements

- Help maintain organized workflows, documentation, and reporting


2. Administrative & Data Support:

- Update and maintain spreadsheets and project tracking sheets

- Organize digital files and documentation

- Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed

- Prepare summaries, updates, and process documents


3. Communication & Follow-Up:

- Relay information clearly between teams and the project lead

- Send reminders, follow-ups, and progress updates

- Identify and report delays or issues proactively

- Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication



REQUIREMENTS

- Experience with healthcare, EMR/EHR systems, or medical admin tasks

- Strong ability to coordinate tasks, track progress, and manage deadlines

- Excellent written and verbal English communication

- Strong memory and ability to follow detailed processes

- Highly organized and detail-oriented

- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently

- Patient, calm under pressure, and open to feedback

- Good judgment and strong interpersonal skills

- Proficient with Google Drive/Dropbox and Google Sheets

- Basic video editing skills (simple cuts and adding audio)
