SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE 

•      Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm

•      Time Zone: Central Standard Time

•      Hours: 40 hours/week initially 

•      Languages Required: English

•      Pay Rate: $3 USD/hour

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in similar coordination roles within maintenance or construction companies or related industries is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.

  • Experience managing staff and contractors, demonstrating strong leadership skills.

  • Quick learner with the ability to understand the flow of operations and maintenance activities.

  • Proficiency in computer applications and willingness to learn new software tools.

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Fluency in English and Spanish required.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Client and Worker Coordination

    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and coordinating job assignments.

    • Assign jobs to workers and coordinate their schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.

    • Negotiate job details, pricing, and budgets with clients, striving to achieve mutually satisfactory agreements.

  2. Client Communication and Query Handling

    • Act as one of the main points of contact with clients, addressing inquiries, and providing updates on job progress.

    • Receive client queries about jobs and effectively coordinate with technicians and service providers to fulfill job requirements.

  3. Service Provider Management

    • Communicate with technicians and service providers such as plumbers, electricians, refrigeration technicians, etc., to assess availability and assign jobs.

    • Use existing tech databases and also build and maintain a new database of service providers for company use.

    • Schedule and coordinate service provider visits to properties and ensure efficient job completion and client satisfaction.

  4. Administrative Support

    • Assist with administrative tasks including documentation, record-keeping, and data entry.

    • Contact suppliers for pricing on construction materials.

    • Provide support to the business owner with various tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to contribute to overall operations.


  1. Research and Development

    • Conduct research to identify potential new service providers and vendors, expanding the company's network and capabilities.

    • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Communication & Language: Always available to respond quickly when contacted via phone, text, chat, email, etc./ Comfortable making calls and know how to properly communicate with contractors and clients.
