ProtopVA Community is excited to present this new job opportunity for a  Full-time Lead Generation and Truck Dispatcher.

SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE

• Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm 

• Time Zone: Central Standard Time

• Hours: 40 hours

• Languages Required: English/ Spanish

•Open to: Latam

• Pay Rate: $8-9/hr

*Rates are dependent on your experience and skills, determined by ProtopVA.*

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research and identify new transportation leads using online tools and directories.

• Contact potential leads via calls, emails, and online platforms.

• Schedule and manage truck dispatch operations, optimizing routes and delivery times.

• Maintain constant communication with drivers, brokers, and clients to ensure load status and resolve any issues.

• Update dispatch software, load boards, and CRM systems with accurate information.

• Track freight rates and assist with rate negotiations when required.

• Handle documentation and load confirmations promptly.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of experience in truck dispatching, logistics coordination, or freight brokerage.

• Experience in lead generation or prospect research.

• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms, dispatch software, and load boards (DAT, TruckStop, etc.).

• Reliable internet connection and ability to work full-time during U.S. Central Time (CST) hours.
