ProtopVA Community is excited to present this new job opportunity for a  Full-Time Graphic and Print Designer For A Real Estate and Investment Business (LATAM)

The company aims to empower individuals to create generational wealth through multifamily real estate investing via online coaching. They also focus on acquiring and managing a portfolio of assets, specializing in commercial real estate properties. SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE 

•      Schedule: Monday to Friday; 09:00 am - 06:00 pm MST

•      Time Zone: Mountain Standard Time

•      Hours: 40 hours/week

•      Languages Required: English and Spanish

•      Pay Rate: $7.5/hour

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in print design.

• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual balance.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Develop eye-catching brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, business cards, banners, and other marketing collateral.

2. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and project specifications.

3. Manage multiple design projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

4. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.

5. Prepare print-ready files and liaise with printers to ensure accurate production of designs.

6. Conduct quality checks on final printed materials to ensure they meet design standards and specifications.

7. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) to create and edit designs.

8. Stay updated on the latest design software and industry trends to continuously improve skills and design techniques.
