A US Dumpster Rental Service that offers a variety of bin sizes to assist clients with their removal needs for various projects. The business is composed of a dedicated team that is not only committed to providing an exceptional customer experience but also to minimizing environmental impact. In addition to dumpster rentals, it also offers luxury restroom rentals and provides various other items commonly found on construction sites.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • MUST have really good English and Spanish, at a native -or almost- native level.
  • Extensive Dispatch Experience (Preferably in the Dumpster and Portable Restroom Industry) HIghly Recommended
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Proficient in transportation planning and dispatching.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and typing skills.
  • High volume of communication and multitasking capabilities for time-sensitive tasks.
  • Be familiar with the San Fernando Valley system (Not a Must but highly desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to efficiently and effectively route multiple drivers routes, multi-task along with great communication, time management
  • Available to work Monday - Saturday.


JOB DESCRIPTION

Essential Duties

  • Oversees dispatching for Dumpsters, Portable Restrooms, and Temporary Fencing of the company’s Trucks and Drivers.
  •  Plan Routes and schedules drivers and trucks for delivery/pickup and/or hauling
  • Ensure established routes and schedules are maintained.
  • Handle potential HIGH volume of communication by telephone, text and radio (A MUST)
  • Be the point of contact for Drivers, Customer Service Representatives and the company’s Customers with the duties to ensure that the logistics of any Delivery/Pickup, rescheduling, rerouting, cancellation(s), inventory, etc. are efficiently planned and executed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
  • Provide support to other team members as needed
  • Provide outstanding customer service


SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE

      Schedule:  Monday-Friday: 6:00 am to 3:00 pm and Saturday 6:00 am - 2:00 pm

      Time ZonePST (Pacific Standard Time)

      Hours: Up to 46 hours/week

      Languages Required: English and Spanish

      Open to LATAM

      Pay Rate: $13 - $22 /hour
