ProtopVA Community is excited to present this new job opportunity for Full-Time Copywriting Assistant For An Educational Real Estate and Investment Business (LATAM)

A US business leader in real estate investment education guiding people on their investment journey. The company aims to empower individuals to create generational wealth through multifamily real estate investing via online coaching. They also focus on acquiring and managing a portfolio of assets, specializing in commercial real estate properties. The owners believe in creating a positive work culture, promoting proactivity, fostering growth, and building long-term relationships with their employees.

SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE

•      Schedule: 09:00 am - 06:00 pm

•      Time Zone: MST

•      Hours: 40 hours/week

•      Open to:  Latin America

•    Languages: English-Spanish

Pay Rate: $7.50/hr

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Copywriter, with a portfolio of work that demonstrates exceptional writing skills and creativity.

• Strong communication, writing, and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.

• Familiarity with the Real Estate Industry is preferred. 

• In-depth knowledge of copywriting best practices, including how to write compelling headlines, body copy, and calls to action.

• Familiarity with SEO best practices and how to optimize copy for search engines.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Understands and uses AI such as ChatGPT on a daily basis

• Young, energetic, and eager to learn with a great attitude

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and write copy for a variety of marketing and advertising materials, including website content, social media posts, email marketing campaigns, product descriptions, and more related to the real estate industry. 

• Collaborate with our team to develop and execute effective marketing and advertising campaigns that align with our brand's voice and values.

• Conduct research to better understand our target audience, industry trends, and competition, and use insights to inform copywriting strategies.

• Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

• Optimize copy for search engines and other digital platforms, including using relevant keywords and phrases.

• Brainstorm and pitch new creative ideas for marketing and advertising campaigns.

• Understand and use AI such as ChatGPT.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest copywriting best practices, trends, and techniques, and integrate them into our marketing and advertising strategies such as AI
