SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE 

•      Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST

•      Time Zone: Mountain Standard Time

•      Hours: 40 hours

•      Languages Required: Fluent in English and Spanish

•      Pay Rate:  $1,000/month

*Rates are dependent on your experience, determined by ProtopVA.*

Responsibilities:

1. Content Management:

• Execute, schedule, and post social media content across various platforms.

2. Collaboration:

• Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and development teams to ensure leads sourced from social media are properly funneled and tracked.

3. Creative Development:

• Work closely with designers and videographers to create cohesive and visually appealing content.

4. Design Tasks:

• Create basic designs using Canva for posts, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.

5. Engagement:

• Monitor and engage with followers in both Spanish and English to increase brand visibility and interaction.

6. Content Calendar Management:

• Maintain and manage social media content calendars.

7. Reporting:

• Provide performance reports and suggest improvements to strategies.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).

• Experience managing social media accounts for brands.

• Proficiency in Canva with a solid understanding of design principles.

• Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

• Basic knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience interacting with marketing, leadership, and development teams to optimize lead generation from social media campaigns.

• Proficient in tracking leads from social media to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

• Knowledge of social media analytics and trends to drive growth.
