As part of the marketing team, you will be critical in communicating the company’s mission and driving engagement with a diverse audience.

SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE

Hours per week: 40 hours

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST

Time Zone:  Mountain Standard Time

Open to: Latin America

Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish

Rate: $1,000/1500 month

OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Graphic and Web Designer with a strong eye for design, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to collaborate with various teams to create impactful designs. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a creative environment, learns quickly, and is eager to contribute to dynamic projects across digital, print, and web mediums.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).

• Design Expertise: Proven experience in graphic design and web design, with a strong portfolio of work.

• Skilled in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and web design platforms like WordPress or Wix.

• A growth-oriented individual who is eager to learn and improve.

• Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently to meet deadlines.

• Capable of translating ideas into effective designs that achieve marketing and communication goals.

• Remote work ready: 

              ○  Reliable computer with a good camera and microphone.

              ○  Stable internet connection.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Graphic Design: 

Create engaging digital and print designs, including social media graphics, email templates, flyers, and brochures.

2. Web Design: 

Design and maintain web pages that are visually appealing and user-friendly, ensuring brand consistency.

3. Collaboration: 

Work closely with the marketing, sales, and property teams to understand project needs and deliver on deadlines.

4. Brand Alignment: 

Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate our mission.

5. Iterate and Learn: 

Take feedback constructively and implement changes to refine your work.
