Full-Time Bilingual Business Representative for ProTopVA (LATAM)

ProtopVA Community is excited to present this new job opportunity for a Full-Time Bilingual Business Representative (LATAM)


COMPANY INFORMATION

A US-based company specializing in innovative training solutions. The firm helps businesses and professionals grow through targeted programs and personalized learning experiences. As part of the marketing team, you will play a critical role in communicating the company’s mission and driving engagement with a diverse audience.

SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE

•      Schedule:  Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST

•      Time Zone: Mountain Standard Timezone

•      Hours:  40 hours/week

•      Open to:  Latin America

•      Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish

•      Pay Rate: $1,000/month + commission 5~10% depends on product/service

*Rates are dependent on your experience and skills, determined by ProtopVA.*


Responsibilities:

  1. Cold and Warm Outreach: 

  • Make daily outreach calls to prospects, engaging them in both English and Spanish, and building rapport.

  1. Appointment Setting: 

  • Schedule meetings with potential clients after presenting the company's services.

  1. Client Relationship Management: 

  • Maintain communication with leads, addressing questions and overcoming objections.

  1. Upselling: 

  • Present new offers and upgrades to existing clients to enhance customer relationships.

  1. Lead Follow-Up: 

  • Regularly follow up with leads to move them through the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent communication.



Requirements:

  • Language: Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).

  • Phone Skills: Comfortable with cold/warm calling and handling objections.

  • Sales Experience: Proven sales or customer service background, skilled in presenting services and upselling.

  • Client Management: Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills.

  • Appointment Setting: Ability to schedule meetings and manage calendars.

  • Time Management: Organized, able to handle a fast-paced workload.

  • Proactive & Quick Learner: Self-starter with problem-solving abilities, open to feedback.

  • Tech Skills: Familiar with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) or willing to learn.
