Client Relations Associate (Philippines)

SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

• Hours: 35 hours per week

• Time Zone: Eastern Standard Time

• Languages Required: English

•Open to: Philippines only

• Pay Rate: $3/hr

*Rates are dependent on your experience and skills, determined by ProtopVA.*


RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Administrative & Operational Support:

- Manage schedules, appointments, and reminders

- Prepare meeting notes and track action items

- Organize digital files and records

- Assist with general office tasks and expense tracking


2. Client & Sales Support:

- Follow up with leads and potential clients

- Assist with onboarding new clients

- Maintain and update client information

- Prepare basic sales reports

- Support improvements in the sales process


3. General Admin Tasks: 

- Process invoices and expense reports
- Track payments
- Assist with onboarding internal team members
- Maintain efficient workflows


4. Communication & Coordination:

- Handle email and phone communications

- Share updates with team members

- Organize and send project-related information


5. Project Assistance:

- Track tasks and deadlines

- Conduct basic research

- Support ongoing company projects


6. Marketing & Customer Relations Support:

- Assist with email and social media content

- Respond to client inquiries

- Help prepare proposals, presentations, and documents


REQUIREMENTS

- Excellent written and verbal English

- Friendly and professional on phone and email

- Strong customer service skills

- Able to handle questions and objections confidently

- Comfortable with Google Drive, Word, and Excel

- Experience in admin, sales, or customer support preferred


NICE-TO-HAVE (OPTIONAL)

- Experience in bookkeeping, tax, or accounting firms.

- Basic social media pr email marketing experience.

- CRM or lead management experience

- Familiarity with US business practices
