REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with Website development, video editing and ads creation.
• MUST send your portfolio.

SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE

•      Schedule: To be defined

•      Time Zone: Central Standard Time

•      Hours: 20 hours initially, with the possibility to become full time.

•      Open to: the Caribbean and Latin America

•      Pay Rate: $7-$8/hr

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Website Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain websites using various platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Wix.

• Customize website layouts, themes, and functionalities to align with brand guidelines and user experience best practices.

• Add features, buttons, forms, and other interactive elements to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.

• Ensure websites are optimized for speed, responsiveness, and SEO.

• Ensuring all content is mobile-friendly

2. Video Editing and Creation:

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, tutorials, and other promotional materials.

• Use video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to enhance visual appeal, incorporate graphics, transitions, and effects.

• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and scripts for video content that resonate with the target audience.

• Optimize videos for different social media platforms and distribution channels.

3. Social Media Advertising:

• Plan, execute, and monitor Facebook ad campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads or sales.

• Create engaging ad copy, compelling visuals, and effective calls-to-action to maximize ad performance and ROI.

• Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad targeting, messaging, and creative elements.

• Analyze campaign metrics and provide actionable insights to refine strategies and achieve campaign objectives.

• Work on increasing post engagement

• Keeping track of the content marketing budget

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign objectives, target audience segments, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Monitor campaign performance, track metrics, and generate reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

4. Content marketing

• Create offsite content that links back to the website and blog

• Repurpose content, using a variety of mediums such as infographics, videos, slideshows, and webinars

• Create and manage the editorial calendar

• Establish deadlines for content

• Build spreadsheets for the editorial calendar

• Back up content in the Cloud

• Find and edit photos

• Know how to use different software and AI tools for graphic design and content creation (images, videos, posts)

• Convert files
