SKILLS REQUIRED
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Sales Activities:
Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients or prospects.
Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to prospective customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
Collaborate with marketing to create and distribute promotional materials.
Conduct cold calls to potential leads and prospects to introduce the company's products or services.
Handle objections and answer questions from cold and warm leads.
Offer personalized solutions and recommendations based on the lead's previous interactions with the company.
Keep track of follow-up calls and emails to maintain engagement with leads.
2. Cold Calling:
Cold call contacts gathered by lead generation or research.
Call people offering the company's services and specify how the company can provide what they need.
Cold call leads already provided by the company and ask questions about their needs and interests to qualify and convert them to future clients and customers by setting up an appointment with the lead managers or closer.
SMS contacts gathered by the lead generation program or system they own
Add call notes to a CRM system (as needed), and/or assign hot/interested leads as indicated for additional sales follow-up.
3. Lead Generation and List-Building:
Research and identify potential leads and decision-makers in the target market.
Utilize online tools and databases to gather contact information.
Organize and maintain a database of leads for future outreach.
4. Follow-up with Leads & Clients:
Follow up with the client/lead to make sure they show up for the phone/in-person appointment.
Follow up with prospects/leads that didn’t show up to an appointment and make sure they reschedule.
SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE
• Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Time Zone: Philippines Time (To be defined)
• Hours: 30 hours/week
• Languages Required: English
• Open to Philippines VAs
• Pay Rate: $6/hour
