JOB DESCRIPTION

1.      Cold Calling & Outreach:

·          Conduct cold calls to potential leads and prospects to introduce the company's products or services.

·          Create a script for cold calls and ensure a consistent and compelling pitch.

·          Handle objections and answer questions from cold leads.

2.   Lead Generation and List-Building:

·          Research and identify potential leads and decision-makers in the target market.

·          Utilize online tools and databases to gather contact information.

·          Organize and maintain a database of leads for future outreach.

3.   Follow up with Leads and clients:

·          Keep track of follow-up calls and emails to maintain engagement with leads.

·          Send follow-up emails to nurture leads and keep them informed about your products or services.

·          Schedule follow-up appointments or demonstrations with interested leads.

4.  Warm Calling Existing Leads:

·          Call existing leads who have shown interest in the past, but haven't made a purchase yet.

·          Provide updates on new products or offers that might be of interest to these warm leads.

·          Offer personalized solutions and recommendations based on the lead's previous interactions with the company.

5.  Data Entry and Management:

·          Accurately record all interactions with leads and clients in a CRM system.

·          Update lead information as needed, ensuring that it's current and accurate.

·          Categorize leads based on their level of interest or potential.

6.  Report Generation:

·          Create daily, weekly, or monthly reports on cold calling activities, lead generation progress, and conversion rates.

·          Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

7.   Email Marketing:

·          Craft and send out email campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing clients.

·          Segment email lists based on lead preferences or behavior.

·          Track email open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

8.  Customer Service:

·          Address inquiries, concerns, or complaints from leads and existing clients in a professional and helpful manner.

·          Provide information and assistance to clients in a timely manner.

9.  Market Research:

·          Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

·          Identify opportunities for product or service improvements based on market feedback.

10. Training and Development:

·          Stay updated on sales techniques and strategies.

·          Attend training sessions and workshops to improve sales skills.

  • Communication & Language: Always available to respond quickly when contacted via phone, text, chat, email, etc./ Comfortable making calls and know how to properly communicate with contractors and clients.

 

SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE

      Schedule: Monday – Friday ( 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.)

      Time Zone: Eastern Time

      Hours: 30 hours/week

      Languages Required: English/Spanish

      Open to LATAM

      Pay Rate: $5-6/hour
