  JOB DESCRIPTION
  Web Development Support:

• Develop and maintain web pages and funnels, ensuring an intuitive and engaging user experience

• Collaborate with English-speaking development teams to implement web-related projects.

  Email Marketing:

• Create and manage effective email sequences to engage and nurture leads and customers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate email marketing strategies with overall digital initiatives.
  Digital Marketing Support:

• Support the implementation of digital marketing strategies through web and CRM channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital initiatives.
  Content Management:
• Upload and manage content on the website, ensuring consistency with branding guidelines.
• Support the creation and editing of web content as needed.
  CRM Management and Maintenance:
• Support the administration of the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Assist in user training and provide ongoing support to CRM users.
• Input and update data within the CRM system, maintaining data accuracy and completeness.
• Regularly review data to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
  Technical Troubleshooting:
• Assist in identifying and resolving technical issues related to the website and CRM system.
• Collaborate with the IT team to address any issues that may arise.

SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE

•      Schedule:  09:00 am - 06:00 pm

•      Time Zone: MST

•      Hours: 45 hours per week (Flexibility required on weekends, holidays, and outside of work hours)

•      Open to Latin America VAs (Must speak English and Spanish)

•      Pay Rate: $8-$20/hr

Marketing Challenge! 
(SUBMITTING THE VIDEO IS A MUST IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION)

1. Your task is to create a 60-second video using Loom.com, focusing on your approach to a specific technical scenario involving sales funnels and CRM lead collection.

Task:

• Introduction: Briefly introduce yourself and your interest in web and digital development.
• Technical Scenario: Explain how you would design a sales funnel to maximize lead generation and describe how you would integrate a CRM system for effective lead collection and management.
• Creative Problem-Solving: Share your unique approach to tackling technical challenges in web development and digital marketing.
• English Proficiency: Make sure your video is entirely in English to demonstrate your language skills.

2- If you pass the first step, you'll have a pre-client interview with one of the ProtopVA HR team members.

3- If you successfully pass the interview, kindly submit a proposal that compares your experience to the tasks listed in the job description, following the guidelines provided in THIS LINK.
