- Experience in social media advertising (Facebook, Google, and/or TikTok)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies through social media
- Create and manage engaging online content for the company’s followers
- Outreach and Community Building:
- Utilize social media platforms for outreach, community building, and relationship development.
- Actively seek opportunities to expand the company's online presence and audience.
- Interact with clients and followers through the company's social media.
- Respond promptly to comments, direct messages, and inquiries, demonstrating excellent customer service. - Ads Management:
- Leverage mid knowledge and experience in social media advertising (TikTok, Facebook, Google) to contribute to ad creation and optimization
- Work closely with the team to understand advertising goals and target audiences.
Collaborate and assist the team in creating marketing campaigns and advertising tactics.
SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE
• Schedule: 09:00 am - 06:00 pm
• Time Zone: MST
• Hours: 45 hours per week (Flexibility required on weekends, holidays, and outside of work hours)
• Open to Latin America VAs (Must speak English and Spanish)
• Pay Rate: $8-$20/hr

Problem Solving: Explain how your proposal addresses a specific challenge in the real estate world.
English Proficiency: Your video should be in clear and fluent English.
How to Submit Your Challenge: After recording, please ADD the Loom video in the 'send a proposal' section.
2- If you pass the first step, you'll have a pre-client interview with one of the ProtopVA HR team members.
