REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Having experience with the following tools is a PLUSHubspot CRM, Quickbooks Online and Microsoft Teams / Excel.
  • A year of Financial/Bookkeeping work experience


JOB DESCRIPTION

Bookkeeping:

-Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

-Update financial data in systems, ensuring data integrity.

-Reconcile bank statements and address discrepancies promptly.

-Track and categorize the company’s expenses.

-Reconcile corporate credit card statements and verify receipts.


Accounts Receivable

-Contact customers via phone and email to inquire about and follow up on outstanding payments.

-Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address payment-related issues.


Accounts Payable

-Contact suppliers via phone and email to request and follow up on invoices.

Ensure timely processing of invoices and adherence to payment terms.


Software Proficiency (Having experience is a PLUS)

-Utilize Hubspot CRM for customer relationship management tasks.

-Manage financial transactions using Quickbooks Online.

Employ Microsoft Teams and Excel for effective communication and data analysis.


Reporting

-Generate financial reports as needed to provide insights into the company's financial health.

-Assist in preparing financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.


Collaboration

-Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

-Collaborate with team members to streamline financial processes.


SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE

      ScheduleMonday to Friday: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm

      Time ZoneEST (Eastern Standard Time)

      Hours: 30 hours/week

      Languages Required: English

      Open to LATAM

      Pay Rate: $5/hour
