REQUIREMENTS ( Skills/Experience)

• Strong background in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing campaigns, E-commerce, and Project Management of at least 3 years

• Familiarity with website creation.
  

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights for strategy optimization.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Project Management, Supervision and Coordination:

• Oversee and manage end-to-end execution of marketing projects.

• Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and secure timely delivery of marketing campaigns.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure project execution.

• Monitor and supervise the work of agencies and individuals responsible for graphic design, content creation, social media management, paid ads, and website creation to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all social media presence and marketing channels.

• Monitor web development teams’ work to make sure the website is user-friendly, responsive, and aligned with brand standards.

2. Social Media Marketing and Paid Advertising:

• Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns across various platforms to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and maximize revenue.

• Monitor social media trends, engage with the online community, and respond to customer inquiries.

• Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance.

• Plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to achieve specified objectives.

• Monitor advertising performance metrics, analyze results, and adjust strategies as needed to enhance the online presence of the business. 

• Email Marketing

3. Marketing Strategy Development:

• Develop marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing plans with overall business strategies.

4. E-commerce:

• Drive e-commerce initiatives to increase online sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.

• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions.

• Analyze e-commerce performance metrics and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.

SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE

•      Schedule: 40 Hours per week (To be Discussed)

•      Time Zone: Singapore Time Zone

•      Hours: 08:00 am to 05:00 pm

•      Languages Required: English

•      Open to The Philippines VA

•      Pay Rate: $11 - $20/hour
