JOB DESCRIPTION

     1. Product Research:

  • Conduct research, including market research and Technology Stack research.

  • Research content, topics, and information to create relevant content.

  • Find pertinent information based on the client’s provided criteria, filters, or requirements.

  • Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Ability to identify customer pain points, unmet needs, and emerging trends that can guide product development strategies.

  • Strong analytical skills  to make informed recommendations about product improvements, market opportunities, and competitive positioning.


  1. Report Writing:

  • Prepare concise and informative reports detailing search match results, insights, and recommendations for the client's consideration.

  • Extract insights from images to support product research findings and contribute to comprehensive reports.

  • Conduct a comparative analysis of different sources' recommendations, identifying commonalities, discrepancies, and emerging trends.

  • Generate comprehensive reports on a range of topics, with a particular emphasis on Digital Adoption strategies, trends, and best practices.

  • Effectively leverage ChatGPT and Microsoft Word as tools to assist in the creation of reports.

  • Employ Microsoft Word to organize and format reports professionally, ensuring they are visually appealing and easy to understand.


QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field or similar roles.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

-Supportive and always willing to learn.


SUCCESS PROFILE FOR THIS ROLE

1. Writing: Write in a clear and concise manner, avoiding jargon and unnecessary complexity. Your writing should be easy for a diverse audience to understand. Organize your writing with a logical structure, including an introduction, main points, and conclusion. Use headings, bullet points, and paragraphs to make your content visually appealing and easy to navigate. Ensure impeccable grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Develop a consistent writing style that aligns with the audience and purpose of the content.

2. Editing:  Pay meticulous attention to grammar, punctuation, spelling, and formatting. Edit for clarity, coherence, and consistency. Verify the accuracy of the information presented in your content. Cross-reference sources and data to ensure credibility. Assess the flow of your content from one idea to the next. Ensure transitions are smooth, and the content progresses logically. Be prepared to rewrite and restructure sections to improve overall quality. Polish sentences and paragraphs to enhance readability.

3. Time Management: Identify and prioritize tasks based on their importance and deadlines. Focus on high-priority tasks that align with goals and deliverables. Break down complex tasks into smaller, manageable sub-tasks. This makes them less overwhelming and easier to allocate time to. Allocate specific time blocks for different tasks or types of work. Stick to these time blocks to ensure focused work and avoid multitasking.

4. Knowledge of Technology Implementations for Businesses: Understand Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and their role in managing customer interactions, sales, and marketing efforts. Familiarize yourself with various cloud-based services, including their benefits, implementation process, and security considerations. Gain proficiency in collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and Slack, understanding their features for communication, file sharing, and project management. Comprehend the business implications of technology implementations, such as increased efficiency, scalability, cost savings, and improved customer experiences.


SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, Between 10 am - 5 pm EST 

  • Time Zone: Eastern Time

  • Hours: 30 hours/week

  • Open to LATAM and The Caribbean

  • Pay Rate: $5 per hour
