SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE 

• Schedule:  Monday to Friday; between 09:00 am and 06:00 pm CST

• Hours: 20 hours per week (Potential to transition to full-time as the company scales)

• Daily Requirement: Must attend daily team huddle at 9:00 AM CST

• Time Zone: Central Standard Time

• Languages Required: English

•Open to: LATAM

• Pay Rate: $5-$6/hr + bonus for client conversion

JOB SUMMARY


We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Customer Success Agent to join our growing team. You will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, onboarding, and long-term client relationship management.


The ideal candidate is proactive, confident in presenting through video calls, experienced in lead nurturing, and skilled in coordinating smooth onboarding for both clients and virtual assistants.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in sales, customer success, appointment setting, or client-facing roles
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Strong Confident leading Zoom calls and virtual presentations
  • Strong Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-ups
  • Comfortable working CST hours and daily team huddle at 9:00 AM CST
  • Experience with CRM systems and productivity tools
  • Background in VA, recruitment, or service-based businesses is a plus 


JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Lead generation and outreach via social media, email, and phone
  2. Qualify leads and set appointments for discovery calls and consultations
  3. Manage calendars, confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups
  4. Track prospects and sales activity using CRM tools
  5. Conduct Zoom calls and present services professionally 
  6. Support client onboarding, contracts, and coordination 
  7. Maintain ongoing client communication and support retention
  8. Assist with administrative and sales support tasks
