SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE

• Schedule: This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) supporting a 24-hour Airbnb operation. The specific shift schedule will be discussed later on and may be adjusted depending on property needs and time zones.

• Hours: 40 hours per week

• Languages Required: English

•Open to: LATAM only

• Pay Rate: $9-$13/hr

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

A U.S.-based real estate company specializing in short-term rental properties, committed to providing exceptional guest experiences and well-maintained, welcoming homes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Property Management Support:
- Oversee day-to-day Airbnb operations such as booking coordination, guest communication, and calendar management.

- Monitor property listings to ensure accuracy, up-to-date availability, and competitive pricing.

- Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure smooth turnovers.

- Track check-ins, check-outs, and special guest requests.

 2. Administrative & Operational Tasks:

- Maintain organized digital records for bookings, property details, and maintenance schedules.

- Track invoices, expenses, and property performance reports.

- Assist in system creation and documentation to streamline operations.

- Prepare weekly or monthly summaries on occupancy, revenue, and feedback.

 3. Guest Communication & Customer Service:

- Handle all guest interactions courteously in English and Spanish.

- Respond quickly and professionally to guest inquiries before, during, and after their stay.

- Handle issues with empathy and strong problem-solving skills.

- Maintain a professional, friendly tone in all communications.

- Gather guest feedback and suggest improvements for higher ratings.

4. Listing & Marketing Support: 

- Update and optimize Airbnb listings with accurate photos, pricing, and descriptions.

- Research market trends and competitors for better pricing strategies.

- Support content updates and review management.

5. Coordination & Reporting

- Communicate regularly with the property owner and local vendors.

- Schedule and confirm cleaning and repair tasks.

- Provide daily or weekly updates on property status and guest interactions.

REQUIREMENTS

- Must have prior Airbnb property management experience.

- Fluent in English (minimum C1 level) and Spanish, both in verbal and written.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proactive, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience with Google Workspace, Dropbox, and task management tools.
