SCHEDULE AND PAY RATE 

•      Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST

•      Time Zone: Central Standard Time

•      Hours: 40 hours/week 

•      Languages Required: English

•      Pay Rate: $4-$5/hr

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in lead generation and appointment setting preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong familiarity with social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and lead management tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to present services in a professional, engaging, and non-aggressive manner
  • Reliable, independent, and detail-oriented
  • Results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving and surpassing targets
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and strategies


JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Lead Generation: 
    - Reach out to potential clients via social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
    - Initiate and nurture conversations in a friendly, no-pressure manner
    - Conduct research to identify leads that fit our target profile
    - Consistently achieve daily and weekly outreach quotas
    - Manage automated tools and Facebook bots for increased productivity
  2. Appointment Setting:
    - Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
    - Follow up with prospects via messages, email, or calls to maintain engagement
    - Handle basic objections and reschedule appointments when necessary
    -Confirm appointments and ensure CRM is updated with accurate details
  3. Social Media Management: 
    - Post and engage in relevant social media groups and communities
    - Administer company Facebook groups, ensuring steady engagement
    - Schedule and manage posts to maintain a consistent online presence
  4. Administrative & CRM Management: 
    - Keep CRM updated with leads, follow-ups, and appointment details
    - Create and maintain detailed reports of outreach and appointment-setting activities
    - Provide administrative support to the business owner and sales team as needed
  5. Learning and Growth: 
    - Stay up to date with the latest lead generation trends, tools, and strategies
    - Proactively seek feedback and improve performance
