• Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Time Zone: Central Standard Time
• Hours: 40 hours
• Languages Required: English/ Spanish

ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Brand Strategy: Develop and implement a cohesive branding strategy to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
• Campaign Oversight: Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive engagement, lead generation, and return on investment.
• Content Collaboration: Work closely with the social media and content creation teams to align marketing materials with overall strategies.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor key marketing metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and lead conversion rates, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Department Coordination: Oversee marketing team operations, ensuring efficient resource allocation, adherence to timelines, and alignment with company goals.
• Innovation and Trends: Research and propose new marketing strategies, tools, and techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
DELIVERABLES
1. Marketing Channel Management & Optimization
• Oversee and refine all paid and organic marketing efforts across social media, SEO, email, and physical marketing.
• Identify high-impact growth strategies to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
• Collaborate with the sales and design teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
2. Budget & Financial Oversight
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective execution of campaigns.
• Monitor expenditures and maximize ROI for all marketing initiatives.
3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Provide weekly and monthly reports outlining:
- Lead generation performance
- Campaign effectiveness
- Budget utilization and necessary adjustments
- Actionable insights for continuous improvement
4. Marketing Campaign Execution
• Plan and launch at least two major marketing campaigns per month across digital, email, events, and social media platforms.
5. Team Alignment & Productivity
• Ensure the marketing team meets objectives and delivers high-quality content and campaigns on time.
6. Customer Engagement & Loyalty Initiatives
• Implement strategies to collect at least 15 client reviews per month in collaboration with the Customer Service Rep.
• Strengthen client retention through targeted loyalty programs.
7. SEO & Website Performance
• Drive SEO improvements and oversee monthly website updates to enhance traffic and search rankings.
8. KPI Tracking & Compliance
• Maintain adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs) outlined in the internal reporting system for continuous evaluation and optimization.
